Bugatti Reveals New Chiron Sport ‘110 Ans’ Edition For Its 110th Birthday


Bugatti will blow 110 candles off their birthday cake this year, and they’re celebrating it by introducing the new Chiron Sport 110 Ans Edition.

Based on the Sport version of the hypercar, this limited edition will be produced in just to 20 units. All of them will feature a matte Steel Blue paintwork with matching, exposed carbon fiber elements, and trimmings in the colors of the French national flag.


The Chiron Sport 110 Ans Edition also rides on Nocturne matte black alloy wheels, with the French Racing Blue-finished brake calipers visible behind them.

A similar color scheme was chosen for the cockpit, where you’ll find Deep Blue leather upholstery, Alcantara trim, carbon fiber inserts and more ‘red, white and blue’ accents, in addition to the ‘110 Ans Bugatti’ emblem applied to the headrests.


Positioned on a carbon fiber plate in the central console stowage space is a solid silver crafted medallion, which Bugatti says that it “bears witness to the high level of craftsmanship”. Finally, the Sky View roof, with two fixed glass panels above the driver and passenger, is standard in the new limited edition Chiron.

The 8.0-liter quad-turbo W16 engine has remained untouched. But with 1,500 PS (1,479 hp / 1,103 kW) and 1,600 Nm (1,180 lb-ft) of torque produced, it’s not like it needs any more power, does it…


It’s quite possible that we’ll see it in the flesh at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show, as Bugatti is on the exhibitor list.

Droptop crossovers have always been rather odd and the T-Roc Cabriolet is no different. It will be the only convertible Volkswagen on sale for the foreseeable future and will celebrate its public debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. Ford's new GT Competition Series was built with weight-saving in mind, but also with an improved center of gravity for better road-holding. Among its features, you'll notice the lightweight carbon fiber racing stripes, A-Pillars and side mirrors, as well as the unique race-inspired Perspex acrylic engine hatch with integrated venting.
