Subaru has revealed the Viziv Adrenaline Concept, which is the first study to adopt the company’s “Bolder” design language. Through the new philosophy, Subaru aims “to broaden the brand’s outlook, define the characteristics of Subaru vehicles more prominently, and create more enjoyment for all passengers.” All those objectives sound good but are quite vague. While the automaker isn’t willing to reveal much about its intentions with the new concept car, the photos reveal a youthful crossover with a sporty look. Subaru says the body shape exhibits a dynamic and strong feel, with highlights including the unique roof design and prominent body cladding. The roof not only looks cool but also reinforces the body structure. Other notable details include the sleek LED headlights and taillights, lack of door handles, rearview cameras, white accents on the alloy wheels shod with rugged all-terrain tires, and the reasonably high ground clearance. The 2019 Geneva Motor Show is exactly two weeks away, and automakers are currently making the final preparations for the biggest automotive event of the spring. Most of them anyway, as some will abstain. Subaru will be there, though, and will unveil the Viziv Adrenaline Concept. As far as we can tell by the dark teaser image released by the Japanese company, the new Viziv Adrenaline appears to be a small crossover. It appears to have a three-door body style, the brand’s grille at the front flanked by a couple of futuristic headlights with integrated LED DRLs, and a muscular hood. The wheel arches are very prominent, the traditional side mirrors have been replaced by a couple of cameras and there’s a generous ground clearance. In Subaru slang, Viziv means ‘Vision for Innovation’, so could this mean that the new Adrenaline show car serves as a preview for a possible future product? The automaker hasn’t said anything else about it, except that it will be unveiled at the press brief...
