Facelifted Hyundai Elantra / Avante Shows Bold New Design Ahead Of Next Month’s Unveiling
The facelifted Hyundai Elantra / Avante has been spied undisguised, ahead of its unveiling in South Korea next month. Looking far more radical than its predecessor, the updated model has been equipped with an all-new front fascia which eschews the gentle curves of the current model. The subtle styling cues are replaced by hard, angular lines and triangular shapes. The triangular styling can also been seen in the car’s new headlights which now extend into the grille. The latter has also been redesigned as it features a revised shape as well as slender horizontal bars. The sides remain largely the same, but the Elantra has been equipped with new taillights that have a more dynamic appearance. The rear bumper is also new and it includes a recessed area for the relocated license plate.
