Vauxhall Corsa GSi Returns After 25 Years
Vauxhall has revived the Corsa GSi name after a 25-year absence, unveiling a new hot hatch that aims to offer similar driving thrills to the Corsa VXR, but with all the space and efficiency of the ordinary model. Available exclusively as a three-door model, the new Vauxhall Corsa GSi adopts bespoke bodywork that includes enlarged air intakes and a honeycomb grille up front. Additionally, there are carbon fiber accents along the flanks, extended side skirts, a large rear spoiler and a chrome tailpipe. Differentiating the interior of the Corsa GSi from other Corsa variants are aluminum pedals and a leather sports steering wheel. Among the standard features included are Vauxhall’s IntelliLink infotainment system complete with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Final upgrades made to the GSi include 18-inch alloy wheels and the same suspension and brakes as the Corsa VXR.
