Hyundai Goes Further With Third Iteration Of The RM16 N Concept
Dressed to impress and wearing the "N" suffix to remind of the brand's performance division , the new RM16 N Concept has been introduced at the 2016 Busan Motor Show , in South Korea. This is the third iteration of the Project RM (Racing Midship), started in 2012, which was responsible for the RM14 and RM15 , presented in 2014 and 2015, respectively, and adds slim headlights, wide air intakes and a low-extended hood, bringing the study's design closer to the company's production cars. Its weight distribution has remained unchanged compared to the previous versions , 43 percent at the front and 57 percent at the rear, benefiting from a center of gravity of less than 500 mm (20 in) from the ground. The bodywork is made of rigid carbon-fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) body panels that sit above an aluminum space frame.
