The latest addition to the Mercedes-AMG GT lineup is called the GT S Roadster and slots between the AMG GT Roadster and AMG GT C Roadster. It uses the same 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 to move around as the rest of the AMG GT family, only this version of the lump delivers 515 HP (522 PS / 384 kW) and 494 lb-ft (670 Nm) of torque to the ground through a seven-speed DCT. Accelerating from 0 to 60mph (0-96km/h) takes 3.7 seconds (0-62mph/100km/h in 3.8sec), which is only 0.1 seconds slower than the GT C Roadster, and 0.2 seconds faster than the GT Roadster. Top speed increases to 192mph (309km/h), just 4mph (6km/h) shy of the range-topping open-top model. The new Mercedes-AMG GT S Roadster’s performance is aided by a few other gizmos. The list includes the rear locking differential, sport suspension with aluminum wishbone axles, a high-performance composite braking system and a 47-53 percent front-to-rear weight distribution. Ferrari's first ever four-seater with a turbocharged V8 engine will make its official debut at the upcoming  Paris Auto Show . This turbocharged version comes hot on the heels of the GTC4Lusso, which  already raised the bar  in terms of performance for Ferrari's signature four-seater 12-cylinder GTs. To hear the Prancing Horse put it, the GTC4Lusso T is aimed  "squarely at drivers looking for range as well as sporty driving and versatility." Powered by a 3.9-liter V8 turbo, good for 602hp (610 PS) and 760 Nm (560 lb-ft) of torque, the GTC4Lusso T is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.5 seconds, before maxing out at slightly over 320 km/h (198 mph). Compared to the more powerful  non-turbocharged GTC4Lusso , this new version is slower by just 0.1 seconds to 100 km/h. In fact, the engine in the GTC4Lusso T is an evolution of the V8 turbo that won "International Engine of the Year 2016" - with peak power coming at 7,500 rpm and pea...

Mercedes finally pulled the wraps off the  AMG GT’s Roadster version  which will come in two flavors: the basic 469hp model and the range-topping 547hp GT C model. The rumors were true then, as the new AMG GT C Roadster not only offers 46hp more than the AMG GT S Coupe but also borrows some of the technology found  in the manic AMG GT R .  More specifically, the new AMG GT C comes with the GT R’s rear axle steering, electronic locking differential and a wider rear track. Torque is rated at a peak 501lb-ft (680Nm), available from just 1900rpm. Mercedes reckons it needs 3.7 seconds to hit 62mph from a standstill, with the top speed electronically limited to 196mph (316km/h). The AMG GT Roadster on the other hand requires 4 seconds flat for the 0-62 procedure and won’t stop accelerating before hitting 187mph. Both models are powered by the same twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 engine that has become the spine of AMG’s range, powering almost everything wearing their badge. As ...
