New Lamborghini Huracan STO Is A Super Trofeo Racer For The Street
Lamborghini has officially unveiled the Huracan STO and judging by its aero prowess and performance figures, this is shaping up to be one of the most track-competent supercars in the world. Let’s start with its 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 unit and get the fact that it doesn’t produce any more power than it does in the Huracan Evo out of the way. This means 631 HP (640 PS). However, everything goes to the rear wheel exclusively in the STO. Other meaningful stats include the 565 Nm (417 lb-ft) of torque, which is actually less than you get in the Huracan Evo (600 Nm / 443 lb-ft), but also the 2.09 kg/HP weight to power ratio. As you may have guessed, this Huracan has been on a diet and it’s now 43 kg (95 lbs) lighter than the already lightweight Performante variant.
