Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown Opens in Lower Manhattan
Four Season’s latest New York hotel recently opened in the downtown area. Four Seasons had long planned on opening a property in downtown New York, acknowledging that it has become one of the liveliest areas of the city and that it’s no longer ‘just a business district’. The new Four Seasons downtown New York benefits from its central location, just a few steps away from Wall Street, the new World Trade Center and the hip Soho neighborhood. The hotel is located in the luxury property ’30 Park Place’, a recently commissioned development by the prestigious Silverstein properties. The brand new skyscraper is 288 meters tall and features a further 157 private residences besides the new Four Seasons hotel. In terms of styling the hotel went with a ‘Manhattan chic style’, which is thoroughly represented in all 189 rooms and suites.
