Imagine By Kia Is An EV Concept That’s Meant To Transcend Segments
Kia has just premiered an eye-catching concept at Geneva. Literally dubbed ‘Imagine by Kia’, the vehicle has been designed as a “category buster” and certainly captures your attention. The first thing you’ll notice about the Imagine by Kia is its curious shape. It is not a sedan, not an SUV, and not a traditional crossover. According to the South Korean automaker, it is meant to represent a medium between the three – and we’d say that it largely succeeds. The front includes a set of headlights made up of a strip of horizontal LEDs and daytime running lights around them. Kia calls the vehicle’s headlights “eyelids” and the front is made even more eye-catching thanks to a ripple effect across the lower flanks of the front bumper. Elsewhere, the Imagine by Kia includes turn signals incorporated into the side streaks and a special chrome-effect shade of silver with six hand-applied layers of paint.
