Hyundai has lifted the veils off the all-new US market 2017 Elantra Sport, which now comes with turbo power and a multilink rear suspension.  Deemed as the  most powerful Elantra model ever , the new Sport is powered by a turbocharged 1.6-litre GDI petrol engine with “more than 200hp and 190lb ft of torque”. Customers will be able to choose between a six-speed manual and a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. The chassis is fitted with an exclusive multilink rear suspension to  ensure sportier handling  while the exterior gains a subtle body kit and bigger alloy wheels.  The small changes continue inside the cabin which now features a flat-bottom steering wheel, sports seats and red contrast stitching. The French company finally revealed the saloon version of the new Megane, bringing the total of bodystyles on offer to three, after the hatchback  and the estate .  Judging from the first photos released, the new four-door saloon -offered under the Grand Coupe name  in the UK - is a well-proportioned offering, combining Megane’s familiar front end with a dynamic rear that blends in well with the rest of the styling. A pair of LED taillights that extend towards Renault’s emblem offer a distinctive lighting signature so  the new Renault Megane  Sedan can stand out of the crowd whether it’s day or night.  The boot now offers 508lt of capacity, with the company adding a hands-free Easy Trunk Access system. The rest of the car is pretty much standard Megane, meaning the same underpinnings and tech features with the other two bodystyles. Here we’ve got a new set of spy photos showing Porsche testing the next-generation Cayenne. The prototype you see here  still wears a custom body that resembles the current model , but the roof line is actually longer while the fitted roof spoiler is said to be active, helping the new Cayenne on improving its stability at higher speeds.  The reports talk about Porsche wanting to drop the weight of their big SUV as much as 200kg / 440 pounds from the current model. This will be possible thanks to the adoption of the new modular MLB platform which also underpins models like the Audi Q7, the Bentley Bentayga and the future Lamborghini Urus and VW Touareg.  The intense diet will not only make the new Cayenne more fuel efficient, but will improve the handling as well, an area where Porsche is still considered the king of the segment. The  2017 Nissan Pathfinder  gets an updated face, a new engine and a round of upgrades do to battle among all of the other three-row crossovers in a bid to be the people-carrying king. Nissan took the wraps off of the updates to the  three-year-old Pathfinder  Thursday in Dallas, Texas and concentrated attention on the blockier, more trucky front-end, which does away with the swooshy old Nissan corporate face that adorned many of its sedans. The Pathfinder doesn't want to be mistaken for a tall wagon or minivan, anymore, apparently. New LED lights, redesigned wheels and other nip-tucks are more predictable changes to keep things fresh-looking. Another big change for 2017 is the adoption of a direct-injection system to the previous 3.5-liter V6, which now makes 284 horsepower instead of 260 – and is now competitive with vehicles like the  Honda Pilot .
