GAC To Unveil Electric Entranze Concept At Detroit Auto Show

Chinese car manufacturer GAC is heading to next week’s Detroit Auto Show 2019 and will bring with it an all-new concept.

The vehicle, dubbed the Entranze, has been defined by the company as a “hyper-modern family vehicle” that will take the form of an all-electric MPV. The vehicle will arrive with a selection of “intelligent system technologies, sustainability features and automated driving.”

While GAC refers to the Entranze as an MPV in one statement issued to the press, another asserts that the concept will be a “7-seater SUV”. Whatever the case may be, it appears as though the vehicle will be rather unconventional and laden with “technology and ergonomics to make driving easier and more pleasurable.”

In addition to the Entranze, GAC will also bring the GM6 minivan to Detroit where it will enjoy its first appearance outside China. The large van includes a semi-autonomous driving system, 99 square feet of cargo space, and offers spacious seating throughout.

Also making an appearance during the event will be the high-end GS5 SUV, premiering a few months after celebrating its global launch at the Paris Motor Show 2018. Powering the vehicle is a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine.

This isn’t all. GAC will go all out during the festivities at Detroit by showcasing its remaining SUV, sedan, and minivan models, including the GS4, GS8, seven-seat minivan GM8, and the GE3 new energy car.
