2017 Acura RDX Has No Updates, But Is More Expensive

On Thursday, Acura will open the order books for the 2017 RDX , which remains unchanged from the current model that was facelifted last year.

The cheapest FWD version starts from $35,370, or $100 more over the previous model, and it comes with premium black trim, heated front seats, second-row air conditioning vents, Multi-View Rearview Camera and power tailgate, as standard.

Those interested in more features can opt for the Technology Package, with its high-contrast silver and black trim, 8-way power-operated front passenger's seat, dual-screen On-Demand Multi-Info Display, HD Radio, Blind Spot info, Rear Cross Traffic Monitor and multi-view rearview camera with dynamic guidelines.

Offered as standard with the new Advance Package, all 2017 RDXs benefit from the AcuraWatch suite of technologies that bring Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Departure Warning and Forward Collision Warning. All models with the AcuraWatch also get a 4.2-inch full-color TFT Multi-Information Display with customizable info readouts such as fuel range, fuel economy, tire pressure monitoring system and turn-by-turn navigation prompts, on variants equipped with navi.

The Range-topper RDX with Advanced Package features grade-exclusive machined alloy wheel with grey painted surfaces, rain-sensing wipers, front fog lights, front and rear parking sensors, remote engine start, ventilated front seats and auto-dimming driver's side mirror, along with standard AcuraWatch.
